Jonah Carlstrom, MA, completed his graduate and undergraduate studies at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio, where he received both his B.S. degree in Mental Health and Human Services, and his M.A. degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He has worked in various clinical settings, including private practice, campus health, and long-term inpatient treatment with various presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, abuse, sexual addictions, pornography, relationships, grief, and faith and spirituality. Savannah is a candidate for her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University in Sterling, VA, and is currently working as an intern at Novare Counseling Center. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has been passionate about the healing that counseling can offer to people since her junior year of high school. Savannah is interested in a wide variety of topics including but not limited to grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, marital issues, coping mechanisms such as perfectionism and procrastination, eating disorders, addiction, relationships, and bullying.
